Prepare a drawing or sample. Mark diameter, wall thickness, width and tolerances. Show the material distribution for multi-lumen or multilayer products.
Review material and output together
Provide resin grades, formulation and recycled content. Tie target output to actual dimensions; do not combine maxima from different configurations.
Preparing a filament project
Specify resin, diameter, tolerance, color configuration, spool format and output. For laboratory systems, describe trial batches and minimum feed requirements.
Preparing a medical tubing project
Discuss material compatibility, lumen structure, measurement, defect rejection, cleaning and traceability. Equipment data do not replace product validation.
Confirm installation conditions
Confirm destination, power, cooling water, compressed air, layout, operator language and acceptance. Define shipping, installation, training and spares in the quotation.
